This apartment met requests; definitely coming here again. We stayed 3 nights here, though it was a real good experience. The staff were really helpful and efficient, cared about us, thank you. Their morning meal was great and satisfactory.

Lovely views, excellent bedroom, everything was perfect. The rooms were outstanding and clean, had and all you might need, an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and central heating were provided too. The breakfast I ordered was particularly good and amazing, with a lot of choices. I greatly enjoyed how unobtrusive the staff was. The setting was marvellous.

Satisfied with the place, spent fantastic 2 days here. Staff was very amiable and efficient all around.

I had a very very good stay, with location to shops etc.

The room was reasonably large and quiet with a comfy bed. It had an absolutely perfect setting just off coffee shop and Dawlish on the designated cycle route 2. Staff were unobtrusive to our requests.

Rooms were far too hot.

Apartment's rooms were clean with toiletries provided plus hairdryer. It had an amazing breakfast choice.

The location is fabulous with a beautiful view of the quay. It is conveniently close to the antique center, town center, and museum. the staff are welcoming and helpful. the breakfasts served are the best we've ever had!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Route 2 Apartments in Topsham. The location was fantastic, being convenient to the nearby café, train station, and quay. The breakfast provided was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious meals. The room was cozy and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and essential toiletries provided.

Got cosy and fine rooms with an estuary view. It was stunning and fab down to the cafe:)))

In general, it’s suitable place for staying in Topsham. The place offers very central location in Topsham.

Exceptionally clean and well-appointed. Instant hot water in shower. Well-stocked kitchen. Excellent location close to river and amenities. Friendly and accommodating staff. Easy parking. Bonus of having a cafe downstairs for breakfasts.

Overall experience was lovely. Everything was perfect, me and my dog loved the stay. The staff was efficient and unobtrusive to chat with. Bedroom was excellent complete with exceptionally comfortable bed. The views were lovely. Food for breakfast was brilliant.

I absolutely loved staying here for a week, it was an incredible experience in a beautiful location near the station, with a cafe conveniently located downstairs, close to the center and the quay.
